fight takes place in an open sewer area... killer croc has bn effected by the hush virus and is hidin in the sewers as his animal side takes over..

Vermin has bn living in the sewers with his rats and doesnt like the company...

Didn't Vermin take it to Spidey once or twice? Even in his inception, he was far above Croc's level, Vermin takes a healthy majority.

Vermin wins, he nearly killed The Lizard

He's not lizard level, and only did so well in their fight because he waas amped by the rock of life, but he can still take croc.

I didnt know Vermin was so tough. Last I remember, Spidey and Cap both beat the hell out of him.

Cap beats the hell out of everybody, so he doesn't count.

And he took it to Spidey when Spidey was still new to the game, and new villains are always a little stronger when they start out.
