She didn't have a name. She only appeared in one page. Imperiex and Anti-Monitor are DC's Galactus.

He's a cosmic being from Armageddon: Inferno, that attempted to take over the DCU by sending Daemens into multiple points of the same timeline to create simulicrums of himself, which are basically bodies for his essence to inhabit. The key was the oppressed people of Abraxis receiving powers from touching anyone from the DCU universe (It could've been Wildcat, so it wasn't based on any of the powers the JSAer's possessed.), and launching a combined attack while Abraxis was weakened from fighting a war on five other fronts.

What does that have to do with anything? If Presence is omnipotent, then whatever he wills would happen. So, if he fully powers up Spectre then that means Spectre would crush anyone not omnipotent.
