I'm only siding with him because he was completely immune to Mxy's powers:

I know it's not the best logic, but they are both ridiculously powerful characters, and Mxy is the only common denominator between them. That's why I used his effectiveness on each of them as my benchmark.

Really makes you wonder if the Ultimator lied about consuming the 6th Dimension.

For instance, the 6th dimensional beings from JLA (the Cathexis) barely preformed herald-level feats -- same with the 8th dimensional fellas that were seen in JSA. Hell, Kid Devil once visited the 52nd dimension, and even those beings weren't much different than normal humans.

From what's been displayed on panel, the 4th (referring to the Monitors' plane of actuality, not the New Gods') and 5th dimensions contain the most powerful beings. By far.
