Morg with his cosmic powers, and the waters of life is above top tier, he's one of the uber guys. Thanos is as well, to a lesser degree.

Well them top tier guys need some help so i included them in the list other wise it would most likely be a stomp in favor of teh uber bad guys...

Thanos did not beat Morg with the waters of life and the power cosmic, Morg lost the waters of life because Galactus judged that he had gotten out of hand by destroying one of his creations (Nova whom he secretly loved), after being stripped of the power cosmic by Galactus, Morg was given back the power cosmic, once he lost the waters of life. Thanos then one shotted him at a later time while in possession of the power cosmic only.

Morg never lost the WOL, infact it was what save him from death after the nullifier incident however it was not as potent as when he first submerge in it.. So when he last fought the Surfer and that Thanos incident he still retained the Wol albeit not as powerfull..

Uber guys win, even with Thanos on the wrong team.

Does prime have his sunlight armor or GoU energy? If so he probably solos half the team. I mean come on 2 green lantern corps+2x superman+living planet+2x Justice League and 2x villains societies??? I mean even Thanos was only soloing one universe of heroes at a time.

Just the normal SBP....

And don't forget guys the top tiers team have a 5 min. prep.. think about the things they could do for that 5 min. say for ex. Supes could sundipped, Surfer could amass more energy, Firestorm could merged with someone on the team - perhaps turn into an elemental, Thanos with Takion?? etc, etc...

It was explained in SS v3 # 78 that Morg resurrection was solely possible due to the Wol, it carried a spark of his life and was the bases of his regeneration..

A Morg w/ WOL.. There's even no mention of the Wol losing its potency therefore his might might still be similar to during the herald arc ordeal, fighting a few heralds at once.. hmmm
