While trying to go back home, Zarda accidentally crosses into the 616 reality and lands right in the middle of WWH. She decides she likes the look of this challenge... and the fight begins.

Never mind I found out that it was Ultimate Hulk Annual 1. Zarda slept with the Hulk... wow!
