If characters are at peak and ignoring PIS like heart of the universe Thanos which i will forever deny as asshat retarded then I go with Strange because for a fight involving Thanos and Doom he'd probably channel the strongest beings he could regardless of alignment. Strange channeling Dorm>>> Thanos IMO.
