elite is pretty high level, all able to take on supes and i think i see midnighter there...

Let's use early Authority. Hat has some crazy reality manipulation as well.

I would think the Authority based on numbers. The real ace in the hole for the Elite is Chester. Coldcast and Hat are pretty powerful too, Menagerie less-so, but it's 7-on-4.

Hm... best chance would be Black taking out the Doctor fast, and Coldcast taking down Apollo, while Hat and Menagerie deal with the others...
