If Extremis Ironman can hit Sue before forming a bubble she's done for.
But if he can't Sonics are unleashed to deter Sue. She can't bubble in the head him because he is faster than the human eye now.
Once the bright lights and Sonics floor Sue, Storm would be no problem for an aeriel speed blitz.

Plus don't forget Nano machines.

IM's resistance to emp is quite high as shown in Iron-man legacy 4.
