Hulk might not be able to permanantly beat Lobo, but it's sure as hell that Lobo won't be able to permantly beat Hulk. Hulk would just beat the shit out of Lobo, and getting stronger, and stonger, forever.

Lobo would just transport Hulk through time. Or Etrigan BFR.

How does Etrigan help Lobo if he's busy with either Ghost Rider or Thor?

Thor would be busy with Orion. Those 2 are evenly matched. Current GR is won't be able to hang with Etrigan.
