Pc Supes (the one that sneezed out a solar sysytem or a sun or some such gunk) without the Krytonite, Magic or Red Sun radiation weaknesses.........who below sky father level could stop a rampage from him?

I'm thinking Quasar or Genis Vell. If memory serves either the Quantum Bands or Nega Bands, can't remember which, had enough juice and storage capacity to absorb Ego, so draining all the juice out of Kal El shouldn't be too much for one of the Bands (if someone could clarify which of them it was). Just set them on "Dyson Cosmic Cyclone 10M" and raise a shield. Point and shoot.

Can't Quasar Quantum Jump? If so, I'm thinking if he fights smart and doesn't dive in head first he can pull it off.

However, I may be in the minority when it comes to thinking the characters would orchestrate a tactical attack using their abilities rather than just rushing in and unloading full bore. It would be smart when fighting someone like Superman to cook something up before engagement. Like teleporting around the battlefield to evade a confrontation while simultaneosly charging up or prepping a big AOE attack rather than just flying in and blasting away.

Also keep in mind guys that pre-crisis Supes was a much better strategic genius than his current incarnation and won many of his fights by out smarting his opponents as much as out brawling them.
