energy blast from strike could possibly ko Uncle Sam. plus an axe strike would splice him easy.

with just mace the thunderblast can still f#$# him up.. Strike incinerated a magical brick being by accident same could happen to sam or seriously weaken him.

strike with his cap training would be ducking and uppercutting with a magic amp mace to the grill..
