Cant beat Thanos but they stomp a c lister like Supes.

Force field and matter manipulation.. so the answer is no, thanos has not met his match. DS may though if it were him in this situation.

Thanos killed an entire planet of meta human aliens, I think he survives this one with ease. (Ref. Thanos Cosmic Powers 1)
