This one is too hard to call, because Thanos can't die, he'd just keep coming back.

Death=Loss does it not? Who cares if he comes back a minute later?

Reduce him to a skeleton and he'll simply come back in a comic. This isn't a comic however.

Well feat-wise Thanos has her trumped.

Hela had the power to kill with her touch but Thanos cannot die so that's out.

Thanos loves Death, not the feable, stupid and fully disposable godess of death.

Does Hela possess the mean to reduce Thanos down to a skeleton? Drax had a anti-matter device to take on Thanos. I doubt Hela has access to that or even know what it is.

For what it counts Drax with prep would probably beat her as long as she fight without using any serious magic.
