After Delta and Eleanor escape from Rapture and make it to the surface, they go to the nearest city (Empire City). With the place being such an H-Hole, they think they'll fit right in. Days later, they make their own gang, The Raptured, group of spliced up junkies (apparently Delta brought plasmids and ADAM along before he went topside). With there being more chaos in the city, Cole McGrath investigates to see what caused the uneeded extra amount of crime commitings. He finds Delta on the streets along with his gang. He jumps down from a building and meets the Alpha Big Daddy face to face. Delta orders his group to attack.

Obviously this is Evil Subject Delta. He has his drill, rivet gun, grenade launcher, machine gun, and double-barreled shotgun. His plasmids will be Incinerate, Insect Swarm, Sonic Boom, Telekinesis (which will be powerful enough to pick up cars and toss them), and Summon Eleanor (this plasmid lasts three minutes). His men are Splicers. There are 10 Leadheads (wielding AK-47's) and 10 Thuggish. Playing the role of Conduits in the gang will be two Bouncer Big Daddies. The henchmen shall be fought first before fighting Subject Delta.

This is Good Cole McGrath (from inFAMOUS 1). He has everything except conjuring lightning from the sky because that would be spite.

Fight takes place in the Neon District.

Who will win this fight?

Cole because he's way more awesome.

Henchmen,he use generades spam to keep them nailed down. Then lightning missles on Delta evelvating in the sky and thus preventing him from attacking. If Delta gets up too close Cole uses Wave spam to keep him away.

Delta with a wave of his hand could pull Cole towards him and stick his drill right through him.
