Korvac didn't really impress me, not in 616 or in the What If universe that had him destroying reality with the UN.

Korvac (even after absorbing a few cosmics) needed the UN to do any real damage to Eternity. Zom by himself took the fight to Eternity+Dormammu+"others" and they merely managed to imprison him.
