races are allowed everything at thier disposal except
god items I.e. Anti life equation. Every member of thier
race is allowed.

Mutants win through high end reality warpers. If they didnt have those the new gods would win, followed by the eternals and then the kryptoninans - the average kryptonian is nowhere near superman.
