Basically the same gimmick for both teams so lets see which one wins. I'm going with C&D with Cloak being the deciding factor.

Cloak and a dagger > two wannabe birds.

Cloak and dagger easy. Lets see how Hawk and Dove like being in a dark hole for the rest of their lives in a forgotten corner of the universe.

The only Hawk and Dove that stand a chance are the amped versions. Male version didn't do anything of note.

Dagger would be irrelevant. It's all on Cloak.
