Not necesarily, but he's with Iron Man, Wolverine and Noh Varr, that's just nasty. Team 1 needs most of their heavy hitters to hang with Thor.

Yeah, I gotta go with Team 2, for a well-supported/backed Thor; Team 1 can get a win or two by busting ass *hard*, and having Pym work out some sort of Bat-Kick... er... Pym-Bump... or whatever...
