Bio (if applicable): Donny's real name is unknown as he was an orphan throughout his life. His name is unknown. He was a child who was very ill tempered, yet intelligent for his age. However, Donny was born with special capabilities that only outcasted him from the rest of the humans that surrounded him throughout his whole childhood. As a child, he was raised by no one and but himself, trying not to depend on others as basic instinct. It did not come from his own mind but how he felt and his mind's rapid maturity throughout his childhood in the wrong path through the immoral idea a young inexperienced mind can possess. There came a point where he began to associate himself with older thugs.....but not any hoodlums but crime organizations. Donny ran away from the orphanage he once lived in and soon became one of the highest ranks of the entire mafia where he was successful in his mischief s. But around the age of 14, Donny out smarted and manipulated every one of the bosses who got in his way. It seems he has discovered many abilities and powers throughout his experience and used them as secret and lethal weapons. He felt unstoppable and knew that he would be fit as leader. However, he had many of the members executed as he knew they would not be fit for the new organization he will soon rebuild. It was all going to be built underground. And through the world will the society be in his hands. He has already taken over politics in several states and a few other countries but the fearful part was how gullible the public is. Donny has created a huge HQ of mass destruction, crime, and tyranny upon his own hand starting out as a Crime lord to a world class criminal and still being the innocent acting man he is in Real life to hide that identity.

Bio (if applicable):Ricardo led a normal life without any problem. He was actually born with a special gift with no known cause. His advanced IQ rate, adaptation, and ability to form extended answers to difficult problems led to speculation and sensation about the child. But there was much more to the being that the public would never imagine. Ricardo was born with telepathy and psionics alone with plenty of potent abilities that can be perfected through training and proper teaching. He never took school so seriously but tends to do his work normally. When he can and when he can't. He is however, a popular guy at school, known for getting all the girls (Mind control).

He currently works along with state governors who admire his ideas and seek his approval along with his acuity in predictions according to certain decisions that are thought up and how Ricardo can give crucial information upon the readings he has made within the minds of criminal tacticians. Personality: soft spoken and shy around boys but is not afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she believes in. She also has a little trouble in following orders and hates being told what to do but she's working on it.

Light-she is able to use for healing, shielding, and even damaging if the time calls for it.
Darkness-this is her main weapon against her foes, she can form the darkness she creates into anything she wants such as ribbons, spikes, and even orbs,or just use it as a blast.
teleportation-can use her dark energy to teleport to shadows, she can only teleport to where shes been or seen.
elemental essence-Harkin has thaught her to draw energy from the elements themselves, although she can not control them. She used this power to fight back the Issac clone months back ago.
Bio (if applicable): Sam was lied to her whole life, about who she was and where she came from. She originally thought she was just a mutant with normal parents she lived with for seven years until there here powers were unlocked. That was a lie though, after meeting her real mother, Harkin and her real father James, she began to learn the truth. Sam had spent six of her first years of life on Harkins world ending when it was destroyed. The conquerers had mercy when they found the little girl and brought her back with them to earth, they bound her powers and erased her memories then replaced them with new ones and lift her with a family that could keep an eye on her but only two years later something happened and the binding came undone and her darkness powers went crazy killing the people she knew as mom and dad. Soon after her light powers appeared and was able to bind her dark powers again. Sam moved home to home then eventually ran away not wanting to a burden anymore, she lived on her own until she heard about Hero High. She was able to attend the school and live there where she's been for almost a year now, she is happy there and is trying to make friends as difficult as it is.

Zero also has two swords that have been made just for her using science and magic she is able to call them where ever she is and are summoned to her side, they also have the ability to absorb energy and redirect it.

Bio (if applicable): Zero was an experiment of gene splicing that lift her part metahuman part animal, her makers ultimate goal was to make the perfect weapon against any opponent they may challenged them be it human or super human. Years later Zero was able to escape her creators killing anyone that got in her way. After joining hero high She didn't like anyone there all but an annoying boy that grew on her, Hunter lost a bet and Zero made her his boyfriend for a day. They had a lot of fun but it was cut short by a teacher named Katt that really pissed Zero off and she decided to leave Hero High and Hunter. Soon after an assassin was sent after her after dispatching him she tried to track down the people who had sent the boy assassin but had no luck. A few months later she finds herself in front of the rebuilt school deciding if it was a good idea to come back.

Matthias Fenris

Appearance: Tobias is a tall, pale skinned individual, standing at 6'0. He is broad shouldered, possessing a slim build, and lean frame. His eyes are very nearly entirely grey, with the faintest touch of blue in them. His hair is long, having growing past his waist to a few inches from his knees and long sence turned entirely grey from stress. No-one has seen his face for nearly eight years now, as he always dons a mask and a black hooded cloak to keep himself covered. Beneith that cloak is tightly worn full body "harness" of denim and scraps of leather, strapped with buckles and metal. His "harness" and cloak serve to give him peace of mind, as if keeping what lurks within him at bay. The mask he wears is made of steel, shaped and scarred into a faint skull shape, complete with scars across the face and jawline carved into the very metal. This serves to present a very obvious warning to those around him; fear and nightmares live here. His eyes can still be seen through his mask, the wearyness and unease very aperrent within them. The only parts of his body not covered are a few digits of each finger, his only true and real connection to the world anymore. He doesnt even know what he himself looks like anymore, as every reflection of himself is altered into a dry husk of bone and sinew. The only part of his reflection made clear is the mask he see's over his head. The mask he wears everyday was made to reflect how he views his reflection. Every last piece of clothing he has made himself, as he has also made everything else he owns.

Power(s): Tobias' only power is a smothering and oppressive aura that seeps deep into the senses and minds of those around him and excellarates the madness and insanity within. Every dark thought and deepest fear take shape into the real world for those close by him, which get worse the longer they are under the effect. The radius of this "power" can reach a city block when left fully rampant. The only means of suppressing this that Tobias has found is to wrap himself with bindings, belts, and restrictive gear. The straps, tight clothes and mask he wears has an effect on him that causes his power to not flow out in strength to others. However, this does have the side effect of turning these nightmarish visions on himself. He has lived every day sense his power awaked in torment, nightmares never letting him sleep for long, and seeing the world itself as a twisted horror. This ability is further magnified towards psionically gifted people, their natural mental awareness boosts the effect for them. And in some cases, this has caused their own minds to act as relay stations, further spreading madness and fear across a wider area, or with double the strength. This also has a consequence to Tobias as well, as psionically gifted beings appear to him as far more ferocious and terrifying beings than normal humans can project within his own state of constant horror. Everything in the world is askewed to Tobias while wearing his mask and harness. People, animals, plantlife and anything alive takes on the visage of their innermost horrors to him. He literally views them as their worst nightmares. The only time he's able to see the world clearlly as it really is, is when hes not wearing his gear and mask. And when hes not wearing his mask and gear, the madness spreads out to others.

Bio: Tobias Fenris life changed from a semblance of normal to what could only be discribed as a waking nightmare on the very day of his 12th birthday. It was while he was at school that thing started happening around him, teachers and students alike started getting twitchy and nervous. Fights were breaking out, and grown adults were phycially striking children and each-other in bouts of rage. Before the end of the day, well over 2/3rds of the entire school, student body and faculty were dead. The rest were found sobbing on their knees or in fetal positions, long sence given up to terror and confusion. many of the casualties were caused by polite attempts to save the children and staff of the school, only to be taken over by the madness and turn their guns on the people they tried to save. Every report listed demons, phantoms, and many more horrors the officers claimed to have seen and attempted to gun down in a panic. Eventually the city officials figured out that the entire disaster was the cause of the one child that wasnt completely in terrors grasp, Tobias. He was quickly shot at range with tranqulizer darts and taken to a government run hospital to find out just what was going on. when Tobias lost consciousness, the effect of the madness slowly seeped away from the school. When he reawoke however, the hospital staff on every nearby floor, and in all directions began exibiting the same symptoms as the people from his school. Tobias nearly starved to death within his secured room before order was restored. The only reason he was still alive was that he had lost consciousness due to hunger, and the government officials could regain their sanity long enough to save his life. Once he awoke the cycle started again, but Tobias used this chance to escape. Weak and alone, he made his way through the only way he could. Homeless, and drifting.
As he grew up, Tobias traveled through cities. Never staying in one place for too long, he did manage to pick up some skill sets. He learned how to make his own clothing, and smith his own tools by watching others out in the country. And soon found that when he wrapped himself tightly in blankets or jackets to hide, that the effect of madness didnt effect people as strongly. He was until very recently living in the "underground" of San Fransisco, working a home made forge and fashioning tools and other utensils for the homeless in exchange for food or raw materials. He was able to make himself the mask he wears to this day, as well as the clothing he has. And very recently, he heard about a school that was formed offering to teach people like him to control their abilities. The chance to someday be able to suppress his power was enough to get him to make the trip to this school. Maybe they could help him stop the nightmares.

Weapons: Tobias has only three weapons to his name, one of which was taken from someone else. The other two he made himself. With a power like his, it didnt take long for some to start viewing him as a demon, and so one day Tobias was attacked by a man wielding a double edged sword. Terrified at the thought of dying, Tobias panicked. During the frantic stuggle, His assailent went headfirst into Tobias' own home made forge. Burying his body was the single hardest thing Tobias ever had to do. He kept the sword to forever remind him and drive his search for control of his power. The other two weapons are strapped onto his own arms. Twin gauntlets that deploy a short, forearm length dual edged witchblades. They are spring loaded and can be retracted manually. He has learned that these were the very best protection available to him, as they cannot be taken from him in a fight.

Appearance: Eric is a tall, standing at six feet and two inches, athletic looking individual with a broad chest. He has straight black hair, cut short and combed back. With large, almost almond-shaped eyes, a tapered nose, and thin lips, his appearance is very exotic. He wears a loose, short sleeved shirt of coarse material, the collar going down in a V-cut. Across his biceps where the shirt reveals his chest is a large diagonal scar that leads from his left and disappears up towards his right collar. Along his arms are more scars, some thin and clean, others thick and angry looking and varying from lines and circles to more elaborate designs. His legs are covered by pants that cut at his shins, also of the same coarse material, and hiking boots on his feet.

When not on campus, he carries his equipment with him at all times, which include: a Khopesh that is strapped to his left hip, with a stiletto resting in a vertical pocket. An engraved Colt .45 is holstered on his left side, while a sawed-off shotgun is clamped behind him at the small of his back and a crossbow is slung across his chest, resting on his back. He covers this miniature arsenal by wearing a long, dark green trenchcoat. He carries a haversack over his right shoulder, when not resting it against something or on the floor.

Personality: Eric is a very cautious, introverted individual. He is not fast to make friends, and only accepts the perceptions of society to keep himself unnoticed. Even now, attempting to discover the the source of what he is, he would much rather be left alone with his thoughts and studies. That is not to say, however, that he despises life. Quite the contrary, he has been, is, and will likely always be willing to throw himself in danger's path to protect others. Such desire to defend may leave others questioning his cold demeanor, but most attempts to understand the boy fail. He is a loner, in the purest sense in the word.

Power(s): Immortality - Though Eric can suffer injury as most any other average individual can, many mortal wounds, even those that would guarantee death, will not affect him so. Though he cannot die, however, he suffers each and every injury he sustains, feeling the pain that many people forfeit in death. This ability is passive and always at work. If it is possible to turn it off, Mr. Young does not know how to do so.

Bio (if applicable): Eric doesn't have any memory of his life before he became aware of himself so many millenia ago. It quickly became clear, however, that he was not something ordinary. He watched as those around him aged and grew before his eyes, while he seemed to be stuck as he was. It left bitter thoughts in his mind as he watched those he got close and brought into his life turn to dust before his eyes. Eventually, he stopped looking for contact with others, no longer willing to bear the pain of their passing and the memories. Secluding himself, he watched the times change, the people grow, and he knew that for all his loss, he would be willing to see people continue on their path of enlightenment and evolution. He traveled the world, joining various defense forces where he could, defending nation after nation in skirmish after skirmish, war after war. He couldn't stop the bloodshed humanity brought upon itself, but with each conflict, he did what he could to prevent it. Millenia passed, and weapons became more advanced. Humans no longer had to fact each other at arms reach to kill, and it brought new and bloodier conflict into play. All the while, young Eric, hardly noticing his aging, did what he could, and defended himself and his allies. He had all but resigned himself to this existence when he heard of a school. A place where people with new, strange, and potent abilities could learn how to control themselves. It was a spring of hope he had never expected to see, and he leapt at the opportunity. He would attend this school, and with any luck, he would learn what he was...and why he was alive...

Appearance: His physical body is honed from years of training. The muscles are lean and joints limber, which allowed for both blinding speed and incredible strength, back when he was human. He has white hair and pure white eyes, along with the pale skin of the undead. Though he had been in many battles in his life, no scars cover his body, as his abilities allowed him to heal without scarring. He is clothed in a white shirt and pants, with a white cloak tied at his neck. He has two beautifully feathered wings sprouting from his back, with a span of 12 feet, where the cloak rests in between the groove of the wings.
Xanatos has a veritable armory of weapons, and when not fulfilling his role as instructor, or when involved in combat training, many of them can be found attached to him. His primary sword, Xion, is strapped to his side, while the scythe called Thirst and his other sword, Xanster, are placed across his back forming an X shape. On the side opposite of Xion is an expertly woven silk pouch. Within the pouch is a number of daggers and a beautifully hand crafted flute, made of ebony, which Xan plays from time to time. Hidden behind his back, underneath the cloak, two customized Desert Eagles that he refers to as X and K.

* Only Xan's Vampyre form and Vampyre abilities will be described in this profile. If a Form Shift occurs it will explained in character.

Personality: Xanatos gives off an impression of quiet order. He is very serious when it comes to the discussion of serious topics, though on lighter subject he is known to give a smirk or even the rare laugh. He makes it known that he is an authority figure, but he does not keep himself so distant that he is unapproachable. He handles his responsibilities as he should, but that which does not concern him will usually be left alone by him.

Power(s): Vampyre Traits - Vampyre are perfected forms of the blood drinkers of lore, with all the strengths of their kin and none of their weaknesses. Vampyre are stronger than their kin and can control their thirst for blood. With his training, Xanatos's strength is immense, able to lift objects of incredible weight with ease. His speed, already superhuman before the turn, is almost mind-boggling, making him able to outrace gunfire and dodge lightning.

Form Shift - As the paradoxical hybrid he is, Xanatos is capable of shifting his physical form to match the mixed blood that "flows" in his veins.

Psionics - Xanatos is a powerful psychokinetic and telepath, capable of ripping small mountains from their base with only a moment's concentration and reading the minds of all intelligent creatures on the planet simultaneously, for example. He only rarely uses these abilities, both in and out of combat, however, preferring to fight his foes physically, and knowing how delicate a balance is held between humanity and the relatively new supers appearing in the world.

Energy manipulation (Chi, Elemental, Arcane) - Xanatos has extensive training in controlling various forms of energy, from spiritual energy, sometimes referred to as "Chi", to elemental and even arcane power. In battle, he most often forms energy into projectiles of varying power, coupling it with close quarters combat. He is able to fly through Chi manipulation, or with his wings, whichever is his preference.

Bio (if applicable): Xanatos was born human with psychic talent. Rather than live with society, he set out to study his mind. He eventually became part of a group of powerful warriors, training with them, fighting against them, even experiencing love and loss. It was during this time that he was transformed into the hybrid he is now. With eternity open to him, and his warrior kin moved on to other pursuits, he took a passive approach to existence. Then he became aware of the various supers manifesting in the world, and of Hero High. All too aware of the dangers of letting youth with power run unsupervised, the hybrid seeks to offer his services to the school on any and all subjects he can.

Power(s): Andrew is a unique elemental. All elementals can only control and absorb one element.
But Andrew was genetically bred to be the most powerful of his race, and as such the rules don't apply to him.
-Like all elementals, Andrew is far stronger and faster than any human, capable of lifting 15 metric tons and capable of flying at near the speed of sound.
-Normal elementals have control of only one element. Andrew can absorb any element thats thrown at him, and convert them to energy.
-However, Andrew can only output this energy as electricity. Because of his unique energy manipulation powers, this can have different effects depending on what colour his electricity is.
-blue lightning is Andrew basic form of attack. He can cause phenominal ammounts of damage in a very short time.
-black lightning is harder to control, but it allows Andrew to manipulate the energy of other beings. He can drain them of energy (and life, in rare cases), and even temporarily lock down someone else powers so they can't use them.
-Andrew is capable of detecting energy. He uses this often to locate fellow teachers and troublesome students. He can even sense someones mood and the general atmosphere of the location around an individual. The closer someone is it Andrew emotionally, the easier it is for him to sense their 'energy signature'.
-He can also fly, and teleport short distances (can teleport long distances as long he has focusing on someone's energy signature.)
-Like all elementals, Andrew has a natural fighting instict. He can study and master different fighting styles in a very short time. This is the defining quality tha made him combat teacher at Hero High.
-Can heal quickly by absorbing energy from a nearby source.
-Can completely cover himself with blue/black lightning (a trait all elementals share - their ability to 'armor' themselves with their specific element.)
-Can survive without necessities like food, water and sleep, as long as there is some kind of energy he can use as a substitue.
Bio (if applicable): Andrew was the result of a freak experiment by the Elemental Mafia to create the 'perfect' elemental - one who could control all elements. Using the DNA of 5 different male elementals on another elemental fetus, Terry Broad - the kidnapped Scientist, believed that he was successful. However, Andrew's birth proved them all wrong. While it was immediately apparent from the moment of his explosive birth (an explopsion which killed the mother and all six fathers), it proved that in later years, Andrew could only output his enormous power through electricity. However, given his advanced speed, strength and the ability to absorb any element made Andrew a partial success. He was still the most powerful of his race, even as a child, but he was not 'perfect'. Because of this, Andrew's only living relative, his uncle, Inferno, heir to the Mafia's throne, decided that Andrew must die.
Several attempts were made on Andrew's life during his childhood. None of which were successful. The closest the mafia got to actually killing Andrew was when he lived in russia ans was attending high school there. He had a girlfriend, Jane, an American exchange student who was also hiding a super power from the world. It was during this time of peace that the Mafia attacked again, reducing the russian school to rubble. Andrew survived, but he beleived Jane was dead, like everyone else there. The trauma would come to haunt him forever. Eventually, Terry, who had taken it upon himself to adopt Andrew as his own son, forced Andrew to attend Hero High in America - For his safety. This was the best thing that could have happened to Andrew. Only a few weeks after he enrolled, Jane, who had miraculously survived, due to her speed, had turned up at the school looking for him. At first their relationship was strained, but they quickly got back on track, and right before graduating from Hero High, Andrew proposed to her. Many tragedies struck the school in their years there, but none were as great as at the end of their final year. It was then that the nameless tragedy struck the world. The alien invasion begun, and Hero High was called on to save the world. Hundreds died in the strugge, including Terry. It was after this horrible event that the world saw peace again. Andrew and Jane got married and applied for teaching posts at the new Hero High. Andrew still teaches there, despite the incident involving Isaac. He, along with other teachers around the world, are carefully watching the movements of the goverment, and a mysterious organisation, rumered to be behind the killings of superhumans across the country.

After the incident with Issac, and Hero High became a worldwide project, Jane has been running all over the world, assisting the project and any way she can. While she doesn't fully trust the government, she believes that - for once - they are doing the right thing.

- Leon can project shockwaves from any part of his body. At first they were shapeless masses, but overtime he learned to control their shape for a variety of purposes. He can use them for attack and defence.
Bio (if applicable): Leon Was thrown out his home by his ignorant parents for being a mutant, and he immediately sought refuge within the walls of Hero High. He proved to be a prodigious student, his lack of experience being overshadowed by his raw power. The greatest proofs of this were the feats he performed during the 'Isaac incident', where he displayed incredible power. He made it to the final of the strikeforce tournament, placing him in strikeforce division S - the highest ranked group in the squad. He also held his own alongside his comrades during the fight against the army of ferals in Russia and later, against the elemental forces of Fort Blank, he fought Inferno alongside weston and Liam and lived, even single handedly saving Liam's life. Leon is currently attending his final year at Hero High, and plans to stay on at the school and teach rather than do 'hero work' when he graduates.

*The drain extends to nearly any energy source, including heat, light, electricity, life energy, and minor kinetic absorbtion. Psionic energy and magical energy are not safe either, making Pryce functionally, though not completely, immune to both. However, the supernatural nature of magic and psionics may cause chaotic effects when combined with Pryce's curse, depending on the specific spell or psychic power. The drain is passive, and Pryce cannot turn it off, but his Power Transfer Ring suppresses the effect by giving it something else to consume. Coming into contact with his skin is still not safe, however.

Pryce does not gain the energy he drains, but rather sends it to the void within himself, where it is consumed.

Bio: Pryce's story begins several generations ago, with a curse. His great grandfather was a great theif, rumored able to steal anything under his moniker, "The Shadowman." He stole great works of art, jewels, even ancient artifacts weren't safe from his grasp. That is, until he stole the wrong one. With one theft, he managed to anger...something. Something dark and ancient and powerful, as well as vengeful. "The Shadowman" was cursed, reduced to actual shadow, forced to steal energy in some kind of ironic punishment, or else he would die by having his own energy drained. It was only later that it was discovered that the curse was inherited, passed to any child in the bloodline.
Generations passed, and eventually Pryce was born, and his family was prepared for him. Since his father shared the curse, Pryce was brought up utilizing and learning about his nature. It was then that it was learned that by the third generation, the curse was beginning to deteriorate. Rather than growing weaker, however, it was the seal that kept the curse from devouring Pryce that was lessening, becoming harder to control and needing more energy to keep in check. His parents didn't know what to do about the new development, and sought out help. By sheer chance they stumbled across Bennu, and she was able to help keep Pryce's curse under wraps. In addition, they were able to have the Power Transfer Rings made to suppress the curse even further.

Bio: Born a Phoenix, Bennu is currenntly on her third cycle of ressurection and rebirth. She has one every 500 years, which is her natural life span down to the day. However, something went wrong this time. During her rebirth, she was interupted by a hapless human and accidently incinerated him along her former body. She has taken a more human form to atone for this, though she does not know it, as each ressurection causes her to lose her memory. Also due to the interuption and form change, her rebirth took longer than usual, exposing her to the flames of creation and the light of the sun longer than necessary, resulting in her gaining more power, but less control. As she grew up in this state, she was guided by her subconcious memories, and sought to bring hope to world. As she did this, she found Pryce and his family, and offered to help them. With Pryce's abilities, he could drain away Bennu's excess power, and she could provide him with as much energy as he needed to survive. Thus, the two helped stabilize each other, and became inseparable.

Gadgets: Both Pryce and Bennu wear magic items known as the Power Transfer Rings. These rings serve to drain Bennu's power and give it to Pryce, acting as power limiters for the both of them, and preventing them from losing control. They work based on proximity, so the closer the two are, the better the rings work.

Powers: Naomi can lift close to 30 tons; run at speeds close to 55 mphs over short distances; she can exert herself at peak capacity for several hours before tiring; she can withstand great impact forces such as falling from great heights and getting pummeled by opponents far stronger than her. However, she can be injured by many types of conventional weapons such as standard firearms and bladed weapons.

Naomi's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. She can perform a complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs; her body heals from mild to moderate injuries much faster than a normal human. For instance, she can recover from minor ailments, such as a cold, within a few hours. More severe injuries, like broken bones, can heal within a few days; she can see and hear distant objects more clearly than a normal human.

Naomi also has an innate fighting ability. This ability is purely instinctual. She does not consciously fight. Instead, her body simply tries to keep itself alive. While not trained in any conventional from of fisticuffs, she is able to hold her own against more skilled fighters.

She also has a knack for weaponry. This simply means that she learns how to use weapons at a faster rate than others.

Bio: Naomi comes from a family who only had female supers with all of the same powers and abilities. The catch was that only one woman had any powers at a time and that the previous owner of said powers would have to die in order for the next in line to get her powers. They were to train the next in line, discovering who that was through unknown means.

Unfortunately, Naomi's mother was the previous wielder of the powers. Under attack from a long time family enemy, Naomi's mother didn't have time to inform her of her heritage. Suffering a fatal wound from a battle, Naomi's mother only had time to tell her of her coming powers and a place where she could learn to use them.

She made her way to Hero High and later joined Strike Force after discovering her powers of super strength and fighting skills. She, along with fellow Strike Force members Liam and Francois, graduated from the school and was one of the first supers to register with the government. She is currently in New York, along with Liam, performing Hero work.

Bio: Hailing from Sydney, Austrailia, Greg enjoyed the perpetual heat and dry weather. However, he noticed that when ever he was feeling down or sad the temperature would plummet or it would rain. He thought it strange but let it go.

He got into a fight one day and completely lost his temper. As he was throwing a punch, a bolt of lightning shot out from his hand. The other boy was okay and everyone freaked. Because of this, the weather went haywire. There was actually snow falling in Austrailia. It was when he calmed down that Greg knew he had something to do with it.

Once his parents were informed of this, they sent him to Hero High, which was now being called The Academy of Higher Learning. He has been a student ever since.

Elementals
Elementals are a race apart from humans, metahumans and mutants. To compare an elemental to a superhuman who can control an element is a mistake.
Elementals are much faster, stronger and more durable than humans. They have the power to control ONE element each (with one exception). This power over their respective element makes them immune to that element. It would be almost entirely pointless for two fire elementals to fight each other with their element, as their powers would cancel out. They are all born natural fighters, and the strongest are those who rule. They are naturally a very violent race - they have a deep seated rage that is hard to control, and it takes a huge amount of training and self control to repress this violent instinct. Elementals are nearly an endangered species. There only a few of their kind when compared to humanity. Despite their bloodlust, they are more intelligent than the average human.
When all elementals come of age, they are enlisted in the Elemental Mafia - A worldwide organisation made up entirely of their race, which seeks dominion and the destruction of all humans - who they consider weak and unworthy.
Because of their declining numbers and their lust for power, Elementals began research into bio engineering and cloning, hoping to find a way to increase their numbers and make themselves more powerful. One of these experiments was the 'Energy' Elemental project - a series of experiments that they hoped would to create an all powerful being who controlled all the elements, not just one.

I wonder the level of combat and feats these characters possess. I couldn't explain Ricardo and Donny's combat skills due to the bio never asking for them. You'd be surprised.

Donny mastered the arts of Muay Thai and Krav Maga. Donny's strength, speed, agility, reflexes, durability, endurance, stamina, and healing doubles the average human being. Donny's perception is all based on his psychic abilities.

Ricardo knows Taijutsu, but has not mastered it. Ricardo uses 100% of his brain.

Technically, everyone uses 100% of their brain, but they only use a smaller percentage at any given time, and switch between parts of the brain as they're needed.

Using 100% of all parts of your brain at the same time is more commonly known as having a seizure. I choose to believe psychic powers can avoid this.

Ricardo uses 10% of his brain for the similar purposes as a regular human while the rest of his brain is entirely based on his psionics/psychic abilities along with other mental feats and control he has over his own body (Stopping and continuing his heart whenever he felt like it).

Aura Sword: A sword that provides perfect balance and mind of its wielder it gives them perfect concentration the ability to move around smoothly and to give them great balance when used in Aura Materia it provides a perfect balance to Hitosu which in best sense makes his aura attacks much more complex and versatile he still can't do this

Aura Overdose: This is the thing that killed Hitosu's parents when it was under developed the reason why Hitosu never overdid his power since it not under control but during the fight with Pintar he somehow managed to gain control this burst of aura gives him double of his original attack strength speed capacity and perfect concentration in Aura but can he safely use it again? There seems to be more mystery in this technique

ive done the school thing. i graduated high school and i have a Bacholers Degree in Psychology. those school years were great and i had a lot of fun and made all kinds of friends. i done things i never thought i would do and gone places i never thought i would go. i met people i never thought i would meet. and for us to be in the same setting, learning the same things, but doing it our own ways, that is what its all about. at least it is to me.

so i had this thought. what if there was a story with a similar tone. various people of various ages and backgrounds going through various things. you know, real life stuff. but what if they all had a superpower. corny, i know, but never the less interesting. tv shows did it. comic books did it. graphic novels did it. that was all cool and dandy and i liked most of what i saw, but everything was somebody elses ideas. that's when i found this place.

somewhere in the world, other people were thinking like me. a school with all kinds of teens who had superpowers. i found the first Hero High and joined because that was as close to what i wanted in a story as possible. i had my own ideas and preferrences, of course, but i could hold off on those because it was cool and i was a small but significant part of something that i thought was great. the second HH was made and i joined that one as well.

but it still wasn't good enough for me. im about to get all kinds of cliche-y but i wanted angst, rebellion, love, hate, judgement, moral delimmas, etc... but i also wanted super heroes and mega villians and destruction and threats and all that jazz. thats why i created HH3. i wanted to incorporate all of that into one story. im not saying that the first two didnt have all that but i wanted to be in charge so i could make sure that things happend the way i intended. i wanted something that had a feel of realness but also some fantasy or sci-fi. i also wanted honesty and genuiness. that was completely up to who ever signed on to this. but my role was to make sure that it rolled the way i intended it to.

Character Development/Progression is very important to me. in my honest opinion, it is one of the most crucial roles in any good continuing story with distinct and prominent characters. as i said, this is a school that is designed to help the sutdents learn how to control and grow in the use of their powers. the students, as assumed, come to the school because they are not able to control their powers. most students are youngsters and teens but there are now adults in the mix, but all of them have the same issue; they are untrained and inexperience.

that in itself could be interesting. a school that was formerly kept secret and for young people with powers is now publicly known and full of just as many adults with underdeveloped powers. there are so many possibilities with this and so many realistic things are capable of happening. if you are unable to think of anything, just imagine if you were in the position of one of the teen students who was use to only having to deal with the adult teachers or if you were a newly attending adult that has to be surrounded by a bunch of hormone-ravaged, super powered kids.

but i digress. a team of supers, most of which have been active since 2005, are as experienced as they come. or at least more experienced than the students. they have been using their powers, gaining experience and gone through various situations for 5 years in real time (longer in the game itself), and have rightly deserved to have gained multiple abilities as well as become vastly powerful. that is what developed characters do. they grow and learn from the experiences they had.

that is what i want this RP to be about. i fail to understand why it is so hard for some to see that the purpose of this RP is that of Character Development. yeah, you want to show off what your character is capable of doing. that's understandable and even i want to do it. the difference is, some of my characters are at the level where they can show off because they worked hard to get to where they are.

the new students that were registered, most of which are between the ages of 16-20, should only be just now discovering what they can do. there shouldn't be a student present at the school who is in complete and utter control of their abilities. hell, im being gracious with the fact that most students are black belts and the such seeing as it takes years and years of practice to achieve something like that.

and for the sake of realisim, (regardless of what the story entails), every new character registered WILL have only one power. it is close to impossible for someone to learn more than power at a time. especially if they are in no way related. also, there will be no more characters with weapons. it is a school for crying out loud. bad things tend to happen when someone brings a weapon to school. it doesn't matter that most people would barely be bothered by a weapon.

so forgive me if i dont want to accept a character who has 10 different powers and carries all kinds of weapons. i have made the rules and they are expected to be followed. if you dont like them or dont agree with me, thats just tough cookies. i often try to work with you all but i will not be ran over in my own RP. get with the program of get out. its harsh but its true.

Appearance: The Setharians have rough, brown leather-like skin. Their face is almost divided into plates and instead of a nose they have two thin black slits for breathing. Their eyes have no pupil and have a faded maple coloured iris. Ezra himself wears a mask over his face to hide his Sethari for reasons explained later. He wears a black tight long sleeved top and a pair of black gloves, all for the purpose of hiding his skin. He wears a pair of dark baggy jeans because he likes them and for shoes, he has purchased some normal black combat boots from a secondhand shop. He does own a Visor, a left handed Gauntlet and chest and shoulder pads that he recovered from a Vasteri Military suit, which he wears very often. Ezra actually prefers to wear the visor at all times as it allows him to see a much brighter world.
Power(s): The Sethari people were treated poorly because of their ties with dark energy. Ezra himself only learnt how to exit and enter the secondary realm known as 'The Void', however Ezra's true calling and ability is his unarmed combat abilities. While being relatively impressive in the martial arts, Ezra still receives a lot of aid from the Visor's ability to analyse and suggest appropriate action. In addition but not particularly useful is the Vasteri gauntlet. Ezra so far has only figured out how to activate a projected meter by meter forcefield which can act as a shield, however it's strength isn't impressive and Ezra is still working on unlocking it's true power. Ezra himself is unaware of the true power within himself however due to being so far from his home, his chances of realizing them are slim.
Bio: Ezra was born on the planet Eden IV. A small colony containing two races, Sethari and Vasteri.
The Vasteri were technologically advanced, where as the Sethari were more focused on their sustaining their connection with the dark energy. The two races grew apart until one day, a month after Ezra's 17th birthday, the Vasteri declared war, claiming the Sethari to be demons. Within a week the Vasteri launched their attack and rather than being a war, it was more a genocide. Ezra, his older brother Zuka and their father Tanas were trying to escape. They were heading for a secret Vasteri Spacewing that Tanas owned. Just before they entered the hangar, an explosion went off, causing a pipe to be propelled into Tanas' leg. He made it into the ship on the back of Zuka as the rest of the hanger began to crumble. As they took off, Ezra was caring to Tanas as Zuka flew the ship. They left Eden IV and headed to Sethar I, the homeworld of the Sethari, to get medical aid for Tanas. As they approached the planet, they found a large Vasteri fleet, burning the planet. Ezra held Tanas as the life slowly faded from him, tears rolling down his eyes from the sight of Sethar I.
Zuka flew to Earth, where they buried the body of Tanas. He then gave Ezra some armour from the ship, told Ezra that he was going to look for any other Sethari survivors and that Ezra should stay on Earth. As Zuka took off, Ezra knew in the back of his mind that the chances of seeing his brother again were close to none. Now Ezra has been on Earth for 2 years and has just enlisted into Hero High

Personality: Ezra is quiet for most of the time he is always thinking. The visions of the Genocide and Tanas are still fresh and a burden he will carry with him forever. He is very aware that he doesn't look like a human and is ashamed of it. On top of that he believes that there is always a threat of the Vasteri doing a patrol through Earth searching for him. To add to that, 'The Void' (the second realm which the Sethari have access to) contains nightmares and darkness, which Ezra is still not used to. He knows he can pass through unharmed however still doesn't like to.
With people that are close to him however he is compassionate, loyal and unafraid to speak out. Ezra's strength is in his silence.

Because probability manipulation is like another way to say reality warping? With it, you could do pretty much anything.

Hmm. Well, the way I saw probability manipulation was that technically, going by certain theories in physics, anything and everything has a chance of happening, no matter how remote. What's the chance that all mutants would just suddenly lose their powers? What happens if you boost that chance to 100%? At a high enough level, the two powers can be quite similar, at least how I see them. Probability manipulation lets you do anything that's possible, and technically anything is possible.

On the other hand, I'm not familiar with Scarlet Witch, so I don't know how her powers work.

Although he did help against the invasions he remained out of the spot light rather then the others. Daniel always had a bit of a rivaly with Ben even if he didn't know about it because it was Daniel was no where near as gifted as him but he thought by setting Ben as a bar it would help him grow and improve his magic which it did. Now years later after traveling the world Daniel finds himself in New York in the middle of a slimy mess.

Bio (if applicable): Yukari was kidnapped by her mother when she was still a baby, her mother never told her why or how but she figured her dad must have been a **** so she never asked about him. Yukari always known about her powers and had good control over them even as a child, she knew she was different then the other kids she was forced to be around and she knew she was better then them but her mother always reminded her that with great power comes great blah blah blah she really didn't care, she was gifted with these powers and she would use them how ever she saw fit. Although Yukari almost never saw her mother eye to eye she always did what she was told and loved her very much, she respected her because she knew her mom lived a hard life just to provide for her daughter. Yukari's mother had two jobs, she had told her mom that she would get a part time job so she could quit her late night job but her mother insisted that nothing take away her daughters focus from school. One night Yukari had a bad feeling so she waited up for her mom to get back home but when she didn't come home on time she began to worry, a couple hours after her mom was supposed to be back a knock came to the door, Yukari sprang up and answered hoping her mother just forgot her key but when she open the door a officer stood there with a grim look on his face. The officer told her that her mother was murdered on her way home from work. Yukari went blank she couldn't remember almost killing the officer or walking down the street frying anyone that was around her, she was told a Hero had to take her down before she killed anyone. A coupe years later after being under close eye the state released and enrolled her into Hero High. Although Yukari has accepted her mothers death she still hates humans for taking her mother away.

His high-ranking status with the government allows him access to highly advanced arsenals of weaponry, and various land, air and sea craft, and numerous government paraphenilia such as bulletproof suits and radio-link tooth caps.

His is trained as a paratrooper, vehical specialist and demolitions expert.
Bio: As stated above, Julien Jacobs' past is well covered up. What is known about him includes is work as a Hollywood stuntman in younger days, he has traveled the world for various personal reasons and as a result, he has gained marvelous combat skills.

It is assumed that he gained his other skills were learned through the government. He signed onto the "Supers Program" due to his belife that the supers population needed to be aware of themselves and their capabilities. In addition to these aspects, Luminil possesses powers befitting an Old god, including immortality, godlike strength and durability, and the ability to manifest an avatar.

Manifestation- Luminil is as much part of the Void as the ruler of it. He cannot leave it of his own power, and so reaches across to other realities through an avatar he creates from Nothing, which he can project his power from. He needs an anchor point (such as a person, place, or object touched by his power) or a weakened boundary in another plane before he can reach to it, and destroying the avatar (or anchor) prevents him from interacting with that plane.

Biography: Luminil has possibly existed since the beginning of the universe, lurking within the Void on the other side of creation. Occasionally, he finds an opportunity to reach out into other planes, and in these instances has often been worshiped as a god. The last time he had contact with Earth was thousands of years ago, and inspired an ancient cult that gave him his current name. Luminil used the opportunity to create an artifact, the Blank Jewel, as a way to set anchor points to reach across to the material world. Over time, the cult was wiped out, and the Blank Jewel lost, preventing Luminil from accessing the world.

Thousands of years later, an expert thief and treasure hunter found the ruined temple of Luminil. Going by the moniker of The Shadowman, Pryce's grandfather stole the stole Blank Jewel from the temple, and reawakened its power. In return, Luminil placed the Curse of Absence on him and his family line, giving them the ability to drain energy from their surroundings, but also setting them as anchor points. Luminil is currently using Pryce to gain a foothold in this reality, slowly building up the ability to reach across the boundary and exercise his power. Should Pryce die, Luminil will lose this foothold, and so will attempt to protect Pryce with his power, though he is severely limited in what he can do.

I like the character, in a "oh my gosh he's bad" way. Like the concept of his . LOVE the development plot. As long as we wouldn't have to go up against him or you don't use him as a main character, he's approved. He's really just for Pryce and Bennu, right? I can actually see where you plan on taking this.

Yes, he's not going to be a main character and no one should be fighting him directly unless they try to. His purpose is essentially an explanation of Pryce's powers, and why no one (or very few) can just remove the curse, in addition to character development.

Edit: I also don't really WANT anyone fighting him; part of the reason he's so dang strong. Maybe for a finale, but not now, definitely.

This usually involves specific hand movements to create certain objects. He power has not reached it's full capability, but for now he can create basic shapes, and perform basic techniques. Usually, Hunter combines physical attacks with his Umbrakinesis, and therefore he is a naturally strong a capable close ranged fighter. His movements include those similar to the Xing Yi Style, The Southern Dragon style, and finally the Northern Shaolin style. On top of his ability with martial arts, he is a skilled swordsman, and also uses this with his regular abilities also.
Bio:
As a child, Hunter admired his father, a man with the ability to create and manipulate fire, and his mother, who could cause explosions using simple motions. As he grew up he wondered what power he would receive. He had to get them right? both his parents being power talented and all. As he grew older his powers never appeared. Soon, Hunter became discouraged. Even his twin sister, received the power to manipulate light. He felt weak, as any 10 year old boy would, so he convinced his parents to enroll him in a various martial arts class. There, he was learning with one of the best masters in the world, and he had a natural talent for martial arts. Hunter learned three different styles of fight, which include, Northern Shaolin, Southern Dragon, and the Xing Yi. Though he is nowhere near mastering these arts, he is quite the formidable user. His grand father also taught him the ways of the sword.

When Hunter became thirteen, gaining powers had left his mind. He was focused on getting physically and mentally strong, so even someone without abilities could take on someone with them. It was on his birthday when his abilities were awakened. He was angry, thinking his sister was liked more than he was, on account of her abilities to control light. Hunter of course did what he usually did when angry, which was to train. As he was training his anger failed to subside, and during a powerful kick to a training dummy in his backyard, a physical blast of darkness was released, sending the dummy flying through the house. When his family came outside to see what had caused the gaping hole in the living room, there Hunter was, with a smile he couldn't help. When his parents found out he had abilities, they grew excited, and even his sister though it was cool. She controlled light, and he controlled darkness.

Hunter's abilities were naturally destructive, so he needed to go somewhere where he would be helped, and kept under supervision. His power is naturally fueled by rage, and grows even more powerful during the night. His parents figured Hero High was the perfect place for him. His sister attended a similar, more discreet location similar. Hunter was enrolled in hero high, at 14 years old, and he has been there ever since. He is now a junior, and has just returned back to Hero High. At the beginning of his junior year, he was spiked by rage, and accidentally destroyed a few things. Hunter left for a while after this, and now he is returning, ready to see his old friends again.

Power(s): Vicnent has very little fighting ability, but has does have great magical talent. He can summon and control mechanical constructs of various shapes and sizes, and always pure gold in colour. These constructs resemble steampunk/cyrberpunk designs. To be specific, Vincent can do the following -
- Create spider and flying insect drones for surveillance. He can see and hear what they can.
- Create spinning saw blades in his hands or attatched to his boots for close quarters combat.
- Create hands which can fly out and grab things. These hands can also fire magic missiles from their palms.
- Create wheels at the bottom of his boots, effectively turning them into roller skates.
- Create a shield wall in front of himself that will deflect attacks.
- Create four robotic 'knights' - sentient constructs which follow his verbal and mental commands. The knights are roughly four ft tall, and each wields a different weapon - a shield, a lance, magic hands (like the ones he uses) and a crossbow.
- Can teleport short distances by 'summoning' himself to a different location.

Bio (if applicable): Vincent first memory was waking up in the medical ward of Hero High at the age of twelve. He has no memory of his past. After discovering his magical powers, Vincent enrolled at Hero High, in the hopes that the more he discovered about his powers, the more he would uncover about his past. Despite his obsession with his lost memories, he was able to settle in peacefully ay the school. He even had a girlfriend, who, in a cruel twist of fate, become one of Isaac's victims during his attack on the school. Filled with rage and grief, Vincent left the school.
His time outside Hero High were not pleasent. Merely a few months after leaving, he ended up in a rehab center for overdosing on respite, a drug that is especially dangerous to supers. It was easily the darkest hour in the young hero's life. The treatment for respite is considered to be worse than the effects of the drug itself - a process that borders on torture.
After months inside the center, Vincent was released. Free of the pain and torment, he was ready to get his life back on track. He heads towards the one place he could call home.

His fathers company produces vast amount of computer chips for all type of electronics even the very smallest ones found in some nano bots. So Tatsuya grew into a very smart family and adapted quickly but like all Dragoons he was trained hard. During his training he met Gaku and Musuko becoming friends instantly. Around the time of the incident involving Gaku and his brother he was around to help Gaku through it as his best friend. After that Tatsuya wanted to get away from his riches to go on a treasure hunt like how his mother used to do. It was there on his trip to welsh where Gaku helped him find the place where he learned about the knowledge of Dragoons and more of how they came to be said to be written by Time Space Dragoons. However Gaku had left shortly before they had explored their findings to join Hero high and fulfill his goals. Tatsuya learned of Dragoons that none knew existed. He read about the feats Dragons performed and read that all Dragoons of that type could do the something. Tatsuya called and thanked Gaku for helping him find such a hunt and if he asked for something he had his back. So Tatsuya wanted to learn how to gain these powers to become stronger. When it came too him that he could join the school with his best friend so he did. Before Tatsuya had left he had to do a couple business things being ambassador to his fathers company _making him come to the school late. Ever since that day he's wanted to see all the Dragoons _that where mentioned in his discovery, and learn how to do the feats that many Dragons where able to do.

okay so i've talked to DB about what James and Harkin were up too for like the last year or so.
They ran off and got married and subsequently went honeymooning around the globe, spending time in their old home of japan. The earthquake and subsequent overkill natural disasters hit while they were there, which put things on hold for them and they decided to help clean up the mess and relief effort, spending a few months there, then continuing on their honeymoon, only to return now

I like it all. Since they were on vacation, Weston and Vixen are still members of SF if they want to be. It would be best that every character who needs to know was aware of both couple's absences but not of the activities that took place for them and vice versa.

and his other power is basically that he can dispense that energy either by charging electromagnetic fields and such to manipulate them or through electricity, he can also transfer energy through limbs kinetically
