60 min prep time

Thing goes to Reed's closet and accidently destroys the universe.

Beast outsmarts thing, makes him run into a wall and pass out

Thing drinks the serum and makes himself human.
Hank justs says "You win you #####!"

Hank pulls out one of the guns he used recently against the hulks...

And still loses...

hank can lift like 15 tons

He's around Class 10-15 since he turned into a cat. But he wins this easily with an hour of prep.

exactly what does this prep time entail? Its kinda one-sided

and this is why "prep" is lame.

Please show Hank creating something in 30 minutes time which is capable of removing an opponent from his immediate vicinity... or anything close to this. Just because a character is intelligent, it doesn't mean you can say he's capable of anything with "prep".

All Hank has to do is get some type of gas to knock him out.

When Danger went crazy and Cassandra Nova and the others attacked the mansion, Beast had the mindset of a wild animal. Beforehand, he anticipated something like that and made a ball of yarn that would bring him back to his senses. And in like 10 minutes of returning to normal, he had a magnetic gun ready to take her down.

Beast does some crazy stuff with prep, and with an hour of it, Ben loses.

Less than 10 tons. Before his last mutation Hank was a class 3 - 5 tonner. Ben would kick his butt.

Ben can't touch him. And considering prep both would have a crazy ray gun.

And Hank will shoot Ben first.

How we suddenly got to a shooting match is beyond me. How often has Hank resorted to using blasters against his enemies? I mean in his entire history, when has Hank been seen as a Grifter type character?

60 min isn't a lot for either of these guys. Beast typically isn't an invent something immediately type of guy. He's closer to a real world scientist then most of marvels big brains in that he typically needs time and research to work his miracles. With just an hour he's probably likely to run to someone like Forge to borrow some weapons. In that case a lot depends on how the Thing preps. He could theoretically wait 59 mins, use one of Reed's time machines and go back to before prep time began to clobber Beast.

Just being facetious. What I meant is that if prep comes down to each one running to their buddy's gun closet, then the fight really depends on what the Thing does. He'll have access to a potentially much more dangerous and varied arsenal, but he's also a lot more likely then Hank to forgo that and choose to rely just on his strength.

some of you are confused about prep time, prep time means enough time to get prepared, Not magically creating weapons and such.lets say i was getting prepared for a storm i would be getting supplies like food batteries and such not creating a anti storm device.

you would be getting supplies, reed richards would invent the anti-storm gun. we're debating wheter beast could pull it off in an hour.

For example when hulk came to the mansion for Xavier beast didn't go get a gun... When they fight jugs... Etc u don't see it... What would the weapon be that he could get from resources normally available to him that could put down the thing...
