It was said Quicksilver could run at the speed of radio waves (which is the speed of light FYI) in Siege recently, so I would give him the edge currently but his classic incarnation obviously stands no chance.

Which might well have meant another Galaxy entirely if that was the case, seeing as some 'stars' are actually entire Galaxies.

Weaksaue by PC standards maybe. But the nearest Galaxy (outside of the Local Group) is close to 5 million LY away. So assuming that's the distance BA traveled he was going 1000 times the speed of light.
