I thought he was talking about PC Karate Kid's foe.

what are this Mace's powers/abilities

he has a ballistic Mace that he shoots from his weapon.
he has infrared vision he wears a pair of shades to get a more detailed human facial contort view of a person then just their heat signature.
he has a partially damaged invisibility cloak turns him invisible minus his left forearm control console.

he is cybernetic has enhanced reaction/reflex slight superior durability then a human.

iirc he also has a rifle that shoots energy blast..
