He is human with human limits. He has battled Wolverine on a few occasions and has damaged Logan even slicing off his eye.

i dont think Owning Logan is a requirement for defeating Bane.

Shingen doesn't have many appearances, that's his problem. But from what we've seen, he's quite formidable. Aside from his fights with Wolverine, he has one decent feat - pwning Yukio.

he gut checked her when she tried to kill him.

he also paralyzed her and induced pain on her body by simply pressing areas on her body via pressure points while conversing with her.

I guess he'd win in 2 and 3.

In the 1st scenario I see Bane breaking the bokken and raping him.
