Hmmmm...

On the old DC scale, Laurel had *just* edged Karen in terms of general power; however, that was during the years after PG's general abilities weren't quite up to snuff, due to her near-death. Today (the past decade or so), I'd say PG has the edge, or at least matches her in general power, though PG definitely is more aggressive/assertive, and likely will edge out in the beat-down department.
