He'd beat any of them one on one and would not be hurt by them by conventional physical means.

But GA Cap DID have a weakness. A strong enough surge of lightning could transform him back to Billy. It basically has to be equal in power to a Shazam lightning bolt. Good thing is that lightning can also turn him back to Cap.

BRB could potentially hit Cap with the Stormbreaker and there's a chance that it would revert him back to Billy.

Cap could potentially speedblitz them however, as the Marvel family could reach their top speed in 'the blink of an eye' and were fast enough to reach the end of the friggin universe in a single panel.
