But if I had to pick someone realistically it would be

Sentry/Void or Silver Surfer w/ WOL. Ultimately they would lose and you would die a horrible death but they would last the longest.

of the options given, the right answer is obviously Surfer since he can escape by shifting into another dimension, entering hyperspace, the microverse, using the Astral plane to send an S.O.S. to Galactus ...

also, if Thanos has any sense, he'll realise that Galactus would murder him and boink Death's brains out if he harmed Surfer (now that Surfer's back in G's good graces).

also, Surfer could transform into Quanchi ... I think if Thanos saw what Q's been doing on his behalf, Thanos might get scared of Q and his intentions ...
