superspeed vs Divine grace..Id favour divine grace, and since his spear cuts through "anything" his gear and powerset give him a better chance than most. It'll be hard fought though WW had to use some pretty fast speed just to hit Achilles.

would stone stare work?

I might be one of the few people that doesn't like when Gorgon uses the stone stare, he's a beast without it anyway. Just sayin........

This is a better (that is, more mentally challenging) pair off thatn A vs. KK or Thor; Gorgon has strength (though not as strong as A), and enough speed/skill to at least try to make blows connect vs. the Grace (though by no means a definite, at all). He does have also, however, some telepathic ability that can help, and he has the Stone Stare, which Achilles can likely avoid (speed and Grace), but not necessarily forever.

Achilles doesn't have enough feats to say whether or not he can resist an attack like the SS, given his divine birth/creation -- it could go either way (even if it turned out that A could eventually revert back to normal, that would still count as a Win for Gorgon, in Forum terms).

I am going to default to a split, as Gorgon's abilities are more useful than KK's, in this specific battle, but G is not the tank/brute that Thor is.

I also reserve the right to amend this opinion as future feats/circumstances come to light...

Achilles was strong enough to knock Eradicator out. And he lasted against an upgraded Geo-Force.
