Psylocke, she was shown to enhance her strength and speed with her TK in that era. She also could fly at tremendous speeds. And had a TK Katana that cut through loads of stuff. Plus I'm pretty sure a TK blast would shatter anything Vance could shield himself with. Her TK was more powerful then Rachels back then.
