methinks mungi may make the attempt. i'd say he's above low meta personally. mid-meta i'd think. this is actually a pretty interesting match. not too sure who'd take a majority here.

Yes he is definetly above low meta, he has superhuman senses (can count the wing flaps of a hummingbird), can communicate with birds and order then like Aquaman can, has superspeeds (even gone lightspeed in space), has a healing factor that healed his split throat instantly, can call on animal powers (similar to Animal Man), knows abit of magic, has super strength that have routinely hurt class 100 characters, can control wind funnels, etc.

Hawkman without a doubt.
