Someone like Living Tribunal wants to play a game with these characters.
With the power of thought he simply removes the head of each character, places the heads all in a line, gets some popcorn and then watches to see who, if any, can heal and who heals fastest

Deadpool has regenerated a new head before. Im pretty certain Logan can survive that too. Sebtry can definitely. Thanos but not because of regen hf. Juggernaut probably. Hulk doubtful.

hasn't deadpool had his head chopped off before? I remember Bob being afraid he'd die if they didn't get the head on in time.

If anyone can survive it's deadpool though. Yep. Wolverine said that if they dont reattach his head in few minutes his brain will rot and he'll die. Looks like Logan was wrong though. Remember suicide kings?: Punisher sniped Deadpool's head, and he later regenerated a new one.

Tazer i'd tend to agree. the ONLY way i could see wolvie surviving decapitation is IF his head was placed on/near his neck very soon after it happened (i don't think it's even a possibility for him to regrow an entirely new head. however, it's extremely hard for me to imagine nazis -who were ordered to kill him, mind you- attempting to revive him via reattaching his head.

Hulk was a puddle of blood before I think during the professor hulk and maestro issues?

He didn't grow gills there or are you refering to another instance?

That was the theory.

He didn't grow gills he just drew oxygen in through his poors. His skin essentially started breathing in place of his lungs.

Didn't see anyone else mention him but Despero can. He can even heal his body back from just his head.

I don't see any of the aforementioned characters surviving a full on decap save Juggz via magic. At some point these things cease to be "healing" and become more like resurrections.

Edit: This of course brings up the issue of souls and such.

Harry Sikes and Madcap can and have survived decapitation.
