AM. Too my knowledge Swamp Thing, even with the powers of all the Parliaments, had no control over anti-matter, and by extension likely no contol over AM's anti-matter wave attacks, which if people recall was AM's main weapon during COIE.

even in his base form he survived AM's wave (something not even immortal man was able to survive.) having said that, once swamp thing gained control over all the elements, his powers became sufficient to replace THE god (per the word itself.)
