I actually think Surfer in this thread could prove a huge problem for the speedsters.

Speedsters. Wally likely could imp the whole Annihilators team before most have time to react. Or he can just steal his whole team's speed, add it to his own, and kill everyone on the Cosmic Avengers. And let's not mention Bart. He was the Speedforce for goodness sakes.
