Electro. He is a grown ass man and static is a kid.

Karate Kid is just a kid, but he can kick the crap out of any grown martial artist.

Dont recall Static doing anything that is out of Electro's league. But can think of few crazy Electro's feats that Static never replicated. So..

Static. Less raw power (on panel at least. He was supposed to grow up to be the most powerful super hero in his world), but MUCH better at utilizing those powers.

Theoretically Electro at the top of his game should effortlessly stomp Static. Electro is stupidly powerful... but he is also stupidly... stupid. Like most Spider-man villains Electro is a high functioning retard, so it is feasible Static could take advantage of CIS and pull out a win, but I think Static would need a plot device to to pull it off (which wont happen in a forum match). Electro wins on KMC, Static wins in a comic.

Electro has drained the NY city a couple of times iirc, and despite the popular belief he is no idiot. The guy is an electric engeneer, he knows his stuff. Then there's that scene where he predicted an entire Spider-man vs Hulk fight, like every haymaker. That's some Cassandra Cain level trick.

Anyone read the last static series? Not sure electro could do anything. Plus static is smarter go boot.

Like others have said. Electro definitely beats Static in voltage. But the thing is, he is an idiot and Static has a far better understanding of electricity. Not to mention his powers aren't only electric. He could hit Electro with a bus from behind.

IIRC he once knocked someone out by shaving the electrons off their body and had them rapidly collide back into them.

Static in his new 52 series actually knocked someone out by doing what was likely messing with the electrical impulses in their brain. And he also absorbed the power of a plant and temporarily blacked New York out.

PS Electro can also use electricity to manipulate metal to an extend. As for power output.. have you seen what he did to that prison in ASM 1? That lightning bolt would've made Thor proud.

Static is more than just manipulating electricity. He can also manipulate magnetism to a degree and is pretty tactical as well. In his last series, I believe he was pure energy and energy projectiles just went through him. He didn't understand it at first.

But doesn't that ability to magnetize stuff come from his electric powers? Electro had metal object floating around him because of his electric field.

Yeah, but he can do all kinds of things like create EMP's, levitate objects, even cancel out beings who can phase. Here is a respect thread if you want to look. He's also a genius, too.
