Serpent, coz he was shown to have single handedly defeated Sentry/Void once. Also he has stalemated a fully fed Galactus and pimpled slapped The Stranger. Not to mention he has created an entire race of beings that are as powerful if not more powerful than Thor by just blinking his good eye.
