Marvel guys wins. There one weakness is most of them are magic based characters so someone maybe able to exploit this.

Black Alice is a perfect defense for magical entities. Same with Spectre and so on. The only way the MU team will win is if there is no warning.

I don't know who she is, but if she can take out magic characters she will eat these guys alive. Almost all of them are magic based.
