Bats and Pun would be good, but even they see some shades of gray. Rorschach, however, does not. Rorschach is my pick.

You realize Ghost Rider is an angel dispatched by god and that he is the spirit of vengeance, right?

Anyway, I choose Doom.

Punisher or Rory with the Spectre force would basically just end up like another DOV most likely.

Yea, really. Ghost Rider's a much better choice.

If he was willing to take a massive power cut, I'd think Thanos would make a good Spectre.
