fight 2: shadowland
both fights no prep, in arena, to KO or death, bloodlusted

I don't really think Shadowland DD is needed in the 2nd scenario. Hes a ghost rider level threat at that point way too much for Black Panther to handle.

As for the first scenario I think Black Panther could win since his vibranium weave armor stops all momentum but Daredevil is able to tell where the flaws are in most metals so he could probably take it apart and give himself a decent chance.
