Yea, but his regen is higher than those around the level you listed him at. He fits much more on the Sentry/Lobo level.

Except Sentry and lobo return from nothing

Where as Ghost rider was ripped into tiny pieces everyday for years during his journey through hell. Which is the Level shaggy man is on

St regened without a universe to regen in....

Juggernaut should be pretty high too. He didn't just regen from a skeleton while most of his power and magic was stripped from him, he continued to function while in that state.

While those two may return from nothing, I think in speed Shaggy's got them beat.


He's definitely above Wolverine and Deadpool by a gap, who often have to take a breather to let their healing factors patch them up, and have limits like being able to be bled out to weaken them.

seriously, why is Man-Thing not on this list, he beats 80% of them easily
