This is Surter from "The Surter Saga." As a result he is equipped with Twilight amped with the Casket of Ancient Winters...

Battle takes place in the Heart of Asgard, thus Surter is also within proximity to the Eternal Flame (not only does the Flame constantly replenish Surters strength, but Surter grows more powerful the closer he comes to it)...

All of the Asgardians have vacated Asgard, so its a one on one fight...

Who wins?

Wow another spite thread. Thanos has no way to win this. This isn't as bad as the Rune King Thor vs Kubik thread though.

What does Thanos do about that except get owned? Teleportation. It's like saying why didn't Darkseid bfr DD off his planet and since he didn't therefore he couldn't be bfr'd by the omega beams. What happens to Odin isn't proof it would happen to Thanos.

Thanos is more powerful and is unkillable. I think he flat out kills him since he can kill beings in a universe where death has already been destroyed. It's his thing to bring death and it so happens he's immune to death himself.
