Starfox should win this unless I'm grossly overrating him. Iirc, he should have super strength and durability beyond what Batman can compensate for (barring PIS) not to mention his whole suggestive/manipulative powers.

huh? fox kills him..... he's got loads of attributes. hell, one time he was knocking thanos around when he was po'd. like putting bats v spidey in straight up h2h. maybe worse.
