Who will win?

Guess Chell could drop him from a large height or drop something on him. Can get to a good flank zone with the gun too.

Chell, unless we assume the GG can affect Chell? maybe he can steal the portal gun from chell?

If not to the above then Chell wins, since she can portal him anywhere she likes and he cannot do much to her if she just keeps transporting herself away.
