i saw this movie in the 90's

it was a horror
and i remember this scene vividly:

a guy is in a public washroom and comes out of a stall and somehow dies by a million dollar bills tornadoing around him ...he dies by money papercuts...

i need to know what this movie is!!!
anyone??
