Who is the weakest character that could stalemate each of the following; each character will have a different answer btw...

1) Captain America in straight hand to hand combat...
2) Thanos in a contest of wills...
3) Depowered Tyrant as pertains technopathy...
4) Thor in full Warriors Madness while equipped with his belt of strength...
5) Wolverine in a contest of who has the best healing factor...
6) Doctor Strange in a contest of spell casting ability...
7) Nimrod after having adapted to the tactics/powerset of the entire current JLA...
8) Cyborg Superman on the surface of planet Cybertron...
9) Batman while using all the tech at his disposal...
10) The Shaper of Worlds in a contest of reality warping ability...

2) Hal Jordan. GLs live/die by how powerful their will is.

3) Korvac (?). He was half machine and tapped into Galactus' homeworld's tech.

4) Classic Juggernaut.

5) Dead Girl. She can reattach severed body parts and can fully regen even if flayed down to nothing but her skeleton.

6) Assuming "Classic" Strange, nothing short of Dr. Fate will do.

7) Butterball (?). He was shown to be totally invulnerable.

8) Anyone that can go intangible and stay that way. What's he gonna do to hurt them?

10) Proteus? Has Shaper ever warped anything greater than a planet in size/scope?

Dam...really good answers! thumb up

Korvac never occured to me as pertains countering Tyrants technopathy, but I could definitely see him stalemating Tyrant in this area...

I agree with you on all your selections, except maybe Butterball; Nimrod might not prove capable of harming him, but surely he could come up with a solution for dealing with him that would count as a win...

As to The Shaper, I know he wrecked havok on several star systems as an immature cube, but I cant think of any reality warping feats for him that exceed him warping a single world; gonna have to research his showings again...

1. Mr Immortal
2. J Jonah Jameson
3. Just for technopathy? Warlock?
4. Impossible Man?
5. Don't think anyone has "exactly" the same HF as Wolvy, which is what would you need for a stalemate.
6. same again, would have to be exact.
7. Not sure on current JLA lineup. Maybe Super Adaptoid.
8. Cybertron is also technically a city world, so maybe Jack Hawksmoor.
9. Slapstick
10. Scarlet Witch? (on occassion)
