Armageddon was bs, the characterization didn't make any sense, Grifter and Midnighter were already established as being friends / friendly acquaintances in Point Blank. Anyway Midnighter is lucky Apollo killed Cole, because Grifter was a split second away from ending Midnigter's miserable life.

Grifter wins. Considering that years after Point Blank, the Authority went on to essentially rule the world by force and screw it up in Coup d'Etat and The Authority: Revolution, Grifter's animosity with the Authority is perfectly appropriate.

And Midnighter still stomps Grifter. Again.

Srank just don't like that Armageddon proves his conspiracy theories against Midnighter and Apollo false. MD for the easy win.

I'm beginning to think ODG doesn't even read comics.
