I think they're in over their heads this time. Then again current spectre manages to lose to all sorts of people so why not the ghostbusters?

Cross the beams = GB win.

Ghostbusters open up the containment unit and either Stay Puff or Slimer solo.

If you factor in the toon, they have a pretty impressive record. Demons, Cthulhu, The Sandman. Especially the Valkyries, whose position in Norse religion is about as important as what Spectre is in the DCU. Even more so, considering they don't merely avenge deaths, but determine who lives and dies in battle.

Gb win.
