If I'm not mistaken, the Word was supposed to be above Spectre, which may make it top dog here.

So, I haven't read Swamp Thing (it's on my to-do list...), but I've heard The Word is more powerful than the Spectre. Is this true? Where does it fit in the cosmic hierarchy?

It has nearly everything about him in it that I could find... He seems to be the oldest of The Endless, and yes he's more powerful then The Spectre.
