He stops hard at Jade, imo.

Monica could also give him some serious problems -- she has some really great feats against energy-manipulators and high-tech folk. I could see her getting inside the armor and busting him up.

This is a pretty good gaunlet. It's a shame though you're only giving him a 5 minute rest in between matches. Considering the energy expenditure, he doesn't have enough juice to get passed 4, IMO.

With a full recharge he can concievably make it to 11, although 5-10 will all ber very close fights.

lol... he doesnt even need 5 min to recharge.. his energy source is virtually limitless. it's like an inexhaustible well...

7 or 10. Probably 7, though.

Damn Celey beat me to it, but yeah, he usually recovers anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes tops. Shytes crazy, but its always been a staple of the character.

Recharging energy is not the only downside to having only a 5 minute break...

Yes. Armor, energy depletion, mental or physical intrusions, physical injuries. I don't have the time to post scans right now but I'm sure Celey will. If not, then I will later on this evening.

Huh? Not exactly sure what you're getting at here. It wouldn't matter if the fight was 2 minutes or 2 hours, when its done he only needs a few minutes to fully recover from most damage and/or energy depletion. It all depends on the severity. No one even remotely suggested that he'd one shot Super Girl.

Power Girl > Supergirl?

My post was referring to total damage taken in.

I.E physical, stamina, energy loss/soak etc... not just the energy output he dishes.

Ok, hold on cuz I've seen Nova be depleted of energy and physically hurt before... Annihilation, Conquest, his current run. He's not nigh invulnerable. Fighting this linuep will take a toll on him, and I don't believe 5 minutes is enough to recover in between.

I sure as hell am not saying he can't be hurt injured etc, just that he recovers from those things very quickly. Depending on the severity of course. But given the nature of his healing abilities, his energy reserves and the power levels of his respective opponents, 5 min should suffice.

No worries, and I agree he has remarkable recovering capabilities.

I just believe this lineup can do enough severe damage that 5 minutes won't be sufficient for him to recover, and keep fighting at a high enough level to get past 4? Surely not 5.

In fact, I'm not su sure he can get passed 5 without fighting those 4 first.

Yes, without a doubt. Power Girl is pretty much a more mature, more muscular Supergirl.

Kara's probably faster (she likes to brag about her speed, race Kal, etc.), but Karen is more powerful in a fight.

That's pretty quick recovery to me... That should answer any questions about his repair capabilities..

Good stuff, very impressive.

Like I said, his recovery capabilities are remarkable, but this is just one incident. After 4 or 5 hard fought encounters those capabilties are bound to slow down, and there has to be a limit to his ability to recover like that. If not, he would be the most unstoppable character in the MU.

he gets at least to Wondy...

Even as far back as classic Nova the concept of his quick healing and recovery was in play. Here he recovers from mental manipulations far faster then anticipated.

They had to brainwash him several times and each time they did it he recovered faster until it was too quick for them to reapply.

They're many more examples of him recovering from energy depletion and injuries very quickly. But these should be enough to prove 5 minutes is more then enough time for him to recover between matches.

I don't know man. I remember Kara being more powerful than Karen. Although that was when Kara first appeared and was under the omniversal force known as Loeb. I remember Supergirl saying she was stronger than Karen and being caught off guard when they caused each other's powers to go crazy.
