Leader of the Justice League Elite, almost exclusively goes by Vera Black (probably should use that name in starting threads with her). Bonded with some very advanced technology of I think alien origin. Sister of Manchester Black.

Yep. I have no idea why she keeps getting matched against low to mid meta types.

What happened to her? Why haven't I seen her around?

At the end of JLE she was publicly 'dead' (as was most of the team), and is presumably black-oping in secret somewhere ever since.
