Note that a nuclear bomb explosion lasts only a split second while Jubilee's blasts are continuous having the effect of a rapid, multiple nuclear bombs exploding continuously. So its gonna like being in the middle of the sun each time she fires. And Blackbolt's whisper can destroy mountain ranges let alone a full on, sustained scream.

I believe it would depend on how angry Hulk is

Strongest version of Jubilee could level cities with her fireworks. I think she contributes a fair deal. That is if we're using that one.
