Which universe Frank is this? And what are his feats?

That's DC Frankenstein, and it's hard to place his exact level, though he's definitely very badass, immortal, and pretty darn strong and tough.

I always wanted to read a decent future version of the monster. The being was supposed to be absolutely unbound in his genius level due to his undead state. He could access his whole brain without threat of overload. He learnt to speak English quickly.

He must be awesome to be able to take on these two.
